`GET /whatsapp/conversations/{conversation_id}/assignments/{id}`

Retrieve a specific assignment by ID.

    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `user_id` string, uuid, required — ID of the user assigned to the conversation
    - `created_by_user_id` string, uuid, nullable — ID of the user who created the assignment
    - `notes` string, nullable — Optional notes about the assignment
    - `active` boolean, required — Whether this assignment is currently active
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required
