# Update Seller

`PATCH /v1/seller/channel/{Channel}`

## Path parameters

- `Channel` string, required — This is the unique Channel name.

## Query parameters

- `sellerId` string — A unique Id identify a Seller on a specific SalesChannel. The SellerId is generated from the Channel itself during the Seller SignUp Process.

## Response `200`

Start a Seller Update Process

- UpdateSession — Result of starting a seller update session — contains the redirect URL the seller has to visit, the affected sellerId and session expiry.
  - `updateUrl` string — URL the seller has to visit to update the existing channel link
  - `sellerId` string — A unique Id identify a Seller on a specific SalesChannel. The SellerId is generated from the Channel itself during the Seller SignUp Process.
  - `expiresAt` integer

## Other responses

- `401` — Access forbidden, invalid or unknown Token was used.
- `429` — User has send to many requests
- `500` — Unexpected Server Error
