Get Workflow
Endpoint to retrieve a workflow configuration by its ID.
Parameters:
- version_number: Fetch a specific version snapshot (returns WorkflowVersionResponse)
- find_active_version: Explicitly fetch parent workflow with active_version_number (returns WorkflowsResponse)
- Neither: Returns parent workflow for backward compatibility (deprecated - use explicit parameters) Note: version_number and find_active_version are mutually exclusive.
