Expand Preview

Server-side super-node expansion for canvas previewing.

Runs expand_super_nodes on the requested workflow version and returns the fully-flat WorkflowConfigFullyHydrated payload, plus the distinct list of super-node origin logical IDs encountered during expansion. The dashboard renders this as a read-only "expanded view" where each previously-collapsed super node is drawn as a bounding group around its inlined nodes.
