Get Super Node Snapshot Status

Report whether each SuperNodeConfig inside the requested workflow version still matches the latest active publish of its sub-workflow.

Used by the dashboard to flag parent workflows whose embedded snapshots have drifted, so the user can re-select the sub-workflow and capture a fresh snapshot. Read-only — does not mutate any state.
