OIDC callback endpoint for providers that require response_mode=form_post, such as Apple.

## Other responses

- `302` — Found
- `400` — Bad Request
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Not Found
- `500` — Internal Server Error
