Parse Intent Endpoint

Parse a free-form business description into a WizardConfig.

The wizard sends the user's text from the Smart-Start landing screen here and uses the result to pre-fill every downstream step. Falls back to a 422 if the LLM response can't be parsed against the schema — the frontend then routes the user to the manual template-picker path.
