# Send interactive CTA URL message

`POST /messages/interactive/cta_url`

Sends a message with a button that opens a URL.

Requires an open service window: the recipient must have messaged the business in the last 24 hours. Use `POST /messages/template` to reach recipients outside that window.

  - `to` string, required — Recipient phone number, digits only, including country code

        - `display_text` string, required — Label of the button
        - `url` string, uri, required — URL opened when the button is tapped

Message sent successfully

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad request — invalid input data, or the message was rejected by the WhatsApp Cloud API (e.g. invalid template)
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Sender phone number not found or not linked to a WhatsApp Business Account
