Get Project Endpoint

Get a project by ID with enriched video details.

Supports tag filtering via filter[tags][<key>]=<value> query params (AND across keys). Filtering happens in-memory after fetch — fine at the ≤1000-videos-per-project scale. Omit all filter[tags] params to get the unfiltered list.
