`POST /api/v1/apikeys`

Creation of a new API key.

## Request body

- ApiKeyCreationRequest
  - `label` string, required
  - `organizationId` string, required
  - `secret` string, required

## Response `200`

OK

- ApiKeyPresentation
  - `active` boolean, required — Whether this API key is active
  - `createdAt` integer, required — The UTC unix timestamp of when this api key has been created
  - `createdBy` string, required
  - `key` string, required — The api key identifier
  - `label` string, required — The label / name of the api key
  - `organizationId` string, required — The organization namespace this api key belongs to

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
