# Get the Globus URL to the given Dataset or Upload entity

`GET /entities/{id}/globus-url`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Returns the Globus service URL pointing to the Dataset or Upload data is returned

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid or misformatted entity identifier
- `401` — The user's token has expired or the user did not supply a valid token
- `403` — The user is not autorizized to access the data
- `404` — The target entity could not be found
- `500` — Internal error
