Cancellation Started.

## Other responses

- `204` — Device Deleted
- `400` — Device Cancellation Failed.
- `401` — Not Allowed
- `403` — You have not been granted permission to complete this action. Please contact your account manager to grant the proper permission.
- `404` — Device Not Found
- `409` — Device Already Being Cancelled.
