Deletes a shipment plan
Deletes a shipment plan identified by the shipmentPlanId.
Any shipment instantiated from the plan will persist, but the reference to the parent plan will be removed.
delete/shipments/v4/plans/{shipmentPlanId}

The shipment plan was successfully deleted.
