Retrieves a tag.

get/spaces/{spaceId}/tags/{tagId}

The space ID for which the tag is registered.

The referenced version.

The flag indicating the tag is a system tag and cannot be modified or deleted.

The description of the tag, must be less than 255 characters.

The author of the tag.

createdAtinteger

The timestamp of creation of the tag in millis.
