Permanently deletes a product.

  - `id` string, required — Product ID
  - `deleted` boolean, required — Whether the product was deleted

## Other responses

- `400` — Validation error or bad request
- `401` — Missing or invalid API key
- `403` — Insufficient permission
- `404` — Resource not found
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded
