Terminates the synchronization process and allows the synchronization process to be triggered again. NOTE - This operation should be used with caution, as it may result in data inconsistencies or conflicts if the synchronization process is running or has not completed successfully. This can be used to manually clear a locked, stuck or accidental synchronization process
