Developer's PRs (all categories)

Returns all PRs relevant to the developer grouped into open (authored), reviewer, and action_required lists. Each PR includes wb_index and wb_name to correlate with the watched_branches endpoint. wb_name is the branch name (e.g. 'main') and can be used directly as the {branch} path parameter.
