# Delete a contractor

`DELETE /v1/contractors/{contractor_uuid}`

A contractor can only be deleted when there are no contractor payments.

scope: `contractors:manage`

## Path parameters

- `contractor_uuid` string, required

## Response `204`

No Content

## Other responses

- `404` — Not Found The requested resource does not exist. Make sure the provided UUID is valid.
