JWKS endpoint for CDP Custom Auth.

CDP calls this endpoint to verify that JWTs issued by Grove's /v1/auth/cdp-session-jwt endpoint were actually signed by our server.

Configure this URL in the CDP Portal under Embedded Wallet Configuration > Custom Auth. See: https://docs.cdp.coinbase.com/embedded-wallets/custom-authentication
