`PUT /tpm/config`

Requires the privilege [`TPM_WRITE`](https://www.gremlin.com/docs/user-management/access-control/#privileges)

  - `programName` string, required
  - `goals` string[]
  - `slackWebhookUrl` string
  - `nagDays` integer[]
  - `reportPeriodDays` integer
  - `reportDayOfWeek` integer
  - `timeZone` string

## Response `200`

The updated TPM config

## Other responses

- `401` — Authorization header missing or malformed. Please provide proper credentials in the authorization header.
- `403` — User requires privilege for target team: TPM_WRITE
- `404` — No TPM config exists for the team
- `409` — Config has been concurrently edited
