Delete candidate

Permanently delete a candidate and all of their applications, attachments, scorecards, notes, and other associated records. This action cannot be undone; for GDPR or right-to-be-forgotten workflows prefer the anonymize endpoint, which preserves aggregate hiring data while removing personally identifiable information.
