# Get Users Requiring ID Verification – Retrieves a list of users who require identity verification (IDV) for a given account.

`GET /programs/{programCode}/accounts/{accountIdentifier}/users/kycGates/idv`

Retrieves a list of users who require identity verification (IDV) for the specified account. Returns the list of users and their verification status.

- GetUsersRequireIDVResponse — Represents the response returned after retrieving users associated with an account who require identity verification (IDV). Contains a list of users who need to complete IDV, including their identifiers and basic profile information. Used to communicate which users on an account must complete identity verification for compliance, onboarding, or risk management processes.
  - `users` IDVRequiredUsersModel[], nullable — A list of users who require identity verification, each represented by an Gd.Bos.DataTransfer.Response.Business.IDVRequiredUsersModel.
    - `useridentifier` string, nullable — The unique identifier of the user who requires identity verification. Must be a valid GUID associated with the user.
    - `firstname` string, nullable — The first name of the user who requires identity verification.
    - `lastname` string, nullable — The last name of the user who requires identity verification.
    - `isprimaryaccountholder` string, nullable — Indicates whether the user is the primary account holder. Expected values: "true" or "false" (as a string).
  - `responseDetails` ResponseDetail[], nullable — Required: A list of response details providing status codes, descriptions, and additional information about the result of the operation.
