# Creates a new interest rate change request for a program.

`POST /programs/{programCode}/InterestRate/ChangeRequest`

This endpoint allows Partners to create a new interest rate change request.

## Path parameters

- `programCode` string, required

- `X-GD-RequestId` string, required

## Request body

- AddInterestRateChangeRequest — Represents a request to add or change an interest rate for a specific product and program. Contains details about the interest rate, product, and associated program context.
  - `interestRateName` string, required — The name of the interest rate to be added or changed.
  - `productCode` string, required — The product code for which the interest rate change applies.
  - `annualPercentageYield` number, double, required — The annual percentage yield (APY) associated with the interest rate.
  - `interestRate` number, double, required — The interest rate value to be set for the product.

OK

- AddInterestRateChangeRequestResponse — Represents the response returned after processing a request to add an interest rate change. Inherits standard response metadata and details from Gd.Bos.DataTransfer.Response.ResponseBase. Used to convey the outcome of the add interest rate change operation, including status codes and messages.
