# Seed default pages for portal navigation items

`POST /portal-navigation-items/_default-pages`

Seeds a default Overview page for API and API Product navigation items.
User must have the ENVIRONMENT_DOCUMENTATION[create] permission.

## Request body

- SeedDefaultPagesRequest — Portal navigation API or API Product item ids that should receive their default Overview page
  - `ids` string[], required

## Response `204`

Default pages seeded for supported navigation items

## Other responses

- `default` — Generic error response
