# POST /v23/customers/{+customerId}/customerAssetSets:mutate

`POST /v23/customers/{+customerId}/customerAssetSets:mutate`

Creates, or removes customer asset sets. Operation statuses are returned.

- `customerId` string, required

## Request body

- GoogleAdsSearchads360V23ServicesMutateCustomerAssetSetsRequest — Request message for CustomerAssetSetService.MutateCustomerAssetSets.
  - `operations` GoogleAdsSearchads360V23ServicesCustomerAssetSetOperation[] — Required. The list of operations to perform on individual customer asset sets.
    - `create` GoogleAdsSearchads360V23ResourcesCustomerAssetSet — CustomerAssetSet is the linkage between a customer and an asset set. Adding a CustomerAssetSet links an asset set with a customer.
      - `customer` string — Immutable. The customer to which this asset set is linked.
      - `resourceName` string — Immutable. The resource name of the customer asset set. Asset set asset resource names have the form: `customers/{customer_id}/customerAssetSets/{asset_set_id}`
      - `status` 'UNSPECIFIED' | 'UNKNOWN' | 'ENABLED' | 'REMOVED' — Output only. The status of the customer asset set asset. Read-only.
      - `assetSet` string — Immutable. The asset set which is linked to the customer.
    - `remove` string — Remove operation: A resource name for the removed customer asset set is expected, in this format: `customers/{customer_id}/customerAssetSets/{asset_set_id}`
  - `responseContentType` 'UNSPECIFIED' | 'RESOURCE_NAME_ONLY' | 'MUTABLE_RESOURCE' — The response content type setting. Determines whether the mutable resource or just the resource name should be returned post mutation.
  - `validateOnly` boolean — If true, the request is validated but not executed. Only errors are returned, not results.
  - `partialFailure` boolean — If true, successful operations will be carried out and invalid operations will return errors. If false, all operations will be carried out in one transaction if and only if they are all valid. Default is false.
