Returns permissions that a caller has on the specified resource.

## Request body

- SasPortalTestPermissionsRequest — Request message for `TestPermissions` method.
  - `resource` string — Required. The resource for which the permissions are being requested.
  - `permissions` string[] — The set of permissions to check for the `resource`.
