# POST /v3/{+name}:sendVerificationCode

`POST /v3/{+name}:sendVerificationCode`

Causes a verification code to be delivered to the channel. The code can then be supplied in VerifyNotificationChannel to verify the channel.

## Path parameters

- `name` string, required

## Request body

- SendNotificationChannelVerificationCodeRequest — The SendNotificationChannelVerificationCode request.
