Trigger all four Indonesia physical-gold scrapers (per-source isolation)

Fans out to treasury_id, indogold, pegadaian, anekalogam — concurrently via _run_physical_dispatch, each under its own run_and_record so scraper_runs telemetry + Healthchecks pings are per-source (matches every other scraper's instrumentation) and one source failing does NOT prevent the other three from running.

Cadence: 15 minutes (see 20260703120200_physical_gold_id_pg_cron.sql). Dead-man 2x per source = 30 min.

Dark launch: this route has no tier/pricing gating — it exists purely to populate raw_physical_gold ahead of the TIERS_V2 flip (§6b PR-3).
