Fetch sitemap.xml + submit all URLs to IndexNow for fast indexing
Daily cron (02:00 UTC): pings IndexNow with every URL in our public sitemap. Idempotent — IndexNow de-duplicates server-side and re-submitting unchanged URLs is cheap + harmless.
