# Disable the version-policy.

`POST /authoring/v1/versions/policy/disable`

Use this endpoint to disable the version-policy.<br />User roles: admin

## Response `204`

Successfully set the version-policy status to "disable".

## Other responses

- `429` — Too Many Requests, the server has reached a limit, the request must be sent again at a later time.
- `default` — Unexpected error.
