List companies

List a project's companies, most recently seen first. Paginated via skip (default 0) and limit (default 50, maximum 200); search filters by a case-insensitive substring match on the company name. Returns a summary of each company (companyId, name, plan, value, domain, lastSeenAt, createdAt); use GET /companies/{companyId} for the full record.
