# Enable immutable releases

`PUT /repos/{owner}/{repo}/immutable-releases`

Enables immutable releases for a repository. The authenticated user must have admin access to the repository.

## Path parameters

- `owner` string, required
- `repo` string, required

## Response `204`

A header with no content is returned.

## Other responses

- `409` — Conflict
