# Get contact counts per group

`GET /v1/groups/contact-counts`

Retrieve the number of contacts in each group. Returns a map of group IDs to their respective contact counts.

## Query parameters

- `groupIds` string

## Response `200`

Successful response

  - `data` object, required
    - `counts` object, required

## Other responses

- `400` — Request body failed validation.
- `401` — Missing or invalid API key.
- `403` — Valid key, insufficient permission.
- `404` — Resource does not exist.
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded.
- `500` — Unexpected server error.
