`GET /storage/columns/existsBySlug`

Check if a column exists by its slug

## Query parameters

- `modelUuid` string, uuid, required — Model identifier.
- `slug` string, required — Column slug to check.

## Response `200`

  - `exists` boolean, required — Whether the column exists.
