# Update record

`PUT /storage/records/update`

Update a single row. Body: { modelUuid, id, data }; data is merged then id is set under the model id column slug.

## Request body

- object — Shape: { modelUuid, id, data }. data is merged then id is applied under the model id column slug.
  - `modelUuid` string, uuid, required — Target model.
  - `id` string, required — Record identifier; merged into the payload under the model id column slug (overrides the same key in data).
  - `data` object, required — Fields to update for the row.

## Response `200`

Successful response

- object
  - `record` object, required — Updated record as returned by storage.

- `400` — Bad request
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Not found
- `500` — Internal server error
