Inbound webhook endpoint for Kore.ai bots.
The customer pastes this URL into Kore's Webhook Channel Post URL field along with the Bluejay-provisioned access token. The token authenticates Kore→Bluejay calls; to carries the simulation_result_id (round-tripped from from.id on the way out).
