Fetch vehicle category list.
This endpoint enables you to retrieve a list of vehicle categories, including the name and description of the retrieved categories. To modify or add a new vehicle category, configuration must be performed in geoCapture.

Query parameters
filter[byExternalIds][]string[]
Filters the tracker categories based on the externalIds.
offsetinteger
Use this parameter to specify the number of records you want to skip before starting to collect the data from the result set.
limitinteger
The limit parameter defines the maximum number of records that can be retrieved in a single API request, with a max and default value set at 500 records.
