Fetch department list.

This endpoint enables you to retrieve a list of departments. Departments in geoCapture are utilized to assign an employee to their respective department for efficient management. An example of this could be allocating a standardized time model for all employees within a specific department. Additionally, departments are utilized in the approval center. In a department, you can set up inspectors for different types of approval requests, including absences, sickness, allowances, and stamp requests. This endpoint displays only the department's id, name, and its parent department's name. If you wish to modify any other settings, you must do so within geoCapture.
