# List all users

`GET /user/`

Only available to administrators.

## Headers

Success.

- UsersList[]
  - `metadata` Metadata
    - `count` integer — Total number of the items of the data.
    - `offset` integer — Position of the first element of the data from the total data amount.
    - `limit` integer — Requested limit data.
  - `data` UserFull[] — List of users.
    - `id` integer — User id.
    - `login` string — User login.
    - `name` string — User name.
    - `organisation` string — User organisation.
    - `email` string — User email.
    - `apikey` string — User API key.
    - `is_admin` boolean — Boolean specifying whether the user is administrator.
    - `is_reporter` boolean — Boolean specifying whether the user is reporter.
    - `is_commenter` boolean — Boolean specifying whether the user is commenter.
    - `created_at` string, date-time — Creation time of the user.
    - `last_seen` string, date-time — Last seen time of the user.

## Other responses

- `403` — Admin permission required.
