Get InfoCert contract

If you have the fallback QTSP option configured, use this endpoint to check if an InfoCert contract was generated to share with the client <br /><br /><img src="https://files.readme.io/310d4d3-Inline_Caution.svg" align="left" alt="Important" /> Important: <br />• Before using this endpoint, see the <a href="https://docs.fourthline.com/docs/qes-integration">integration guide</a>. <br />• <code>signatureId</code> and <code>workflowId</code> are string identifiers that can be used interchangeably.
