`GET /health/history`

Get health check history for models

Returns historical health check data with optional filtering.

## Query parameters

- `model` string, nullable — Filter by specific model name
- `status_filter` string, nullable — Filter by status (healthy/unhealthy)
- `limit` integer — Number of records to return
- `offset` integer — Number of records to skip

## Response `200`
