- EmvTerminal — EMV Payment Terminal
  - `EmvTerminalId` integer — Flipdish Identifier of Terminal
  - `TerminalId` string — External Identifier of Terminal
  - `Url` string — URL at which terminal can be accessed
  - `Token` string — TOKEN required to access terminal
  - `SoftwareHouseId` string — Identifies us to Provider
  - `InstallerId` string — Identifies installer of terminal
