`GET /v1/stats/nursing-home/{ccn}`

Detailed view for a single nursing home facility.

Returns the facility's full CMS payload (ratings, deficiencies,
penalties, ownership) plus a pointer to the matching employer_id so
the frontend can link to the federal-enforcement profile.
