`GET /v1/health/detail`

Admin-only detailed health — requires admin JWT.

Full diagnostics: DB, pipeline recency, pipeline status, profile
count, data age, failing checks. Behind auth so customers can't see
internal operational state or fingerprint pipeline schedules.
