Delete a notification snooze for the caller

Removes the snooze rule identified by snoozeId belonging to the calling portal user. Returns the deleted snooze. Notifications previously suppressed by this rule will resume immediately. To delete a snooze for a different user, use deleteSnoozeByUser.
