CTA (first-run "Import my connections" vs "Sync new connections"). Counts
contacts with source='linkedin_import' — the source BOTH the CSV import
(every-react ImportLinkedInContactsModal) and this extension stamp — so a
prior CSV import correctly suppresses the first-run CTA too.
