Get Contact Google Context Hydration Status
Status of the 30-day Gmail/Calendar hydration ledger for one contact.
active is true while any ledger row for this contact is still pending/processing. The ledger table (contact_recent_google_context_requests) is service-role-only — no RLS policy exposes it to the client — so this read goes through the backend instead of the direct-Supabase path most contact reads use.
