Update Org Prompt

Update the organization's business context after security validation.

Post-Phase-2: this endpoint no longer writes the legacy orgs.org_prompt column. The submitted text is saved as business_context.identity_summary via the structured per-field RPC (and the field is owner-locked so BI will not overwrite it). Callers that need richer structure should use /api/organization/business-context/field directly.
