Sync Google Accounts

Reconcile the Clerk login account into our store, then return the list.

Called by the client after a Clerk reauthorize/reconnect returns (that flow never hits our backend), so it force-reconciles + validates the token to clear a stale needs_reauth badge when the reconnect actually worked.
