List Prospecting Runs
Return recent prospecting runs (all statuses) for the Pipeline Settings history section. Pulls from agent_background_jobs so we get the agent's result_summary (set by report_run_summary) and the original focus_prompt — the Managed Agents /sessions view doesn't have these.
